I have always had good experiences with Arby's, but tonight I waited in the outside line after ordering for more than 1/2 hour. Then when I got home the sandwiches I ordered were roast beef and I ordered bacon swiss chicken. Spent over $15.00 and did not enjoy our supper that night for sure.

I completely get that maybe the workers don't want to be busy or maybe it's the manager but to not turn on the parking lot lights to where it is a danger to the customers making the curve around the parking lot is absolutely absurd I have pictures of how dark it is in the parking lot I guess maybe they'll learn when an insurance claim is filed from smacking the pole this hits to measure the height I will no longer go to a restaurant that puts me in danger of driving because they choose to keep it completely dark so they're not busy not to mention how they always seem to run out of the product that is on the menu every single night and then say oh sorry we just ran out

8–15-21 after seeing their western chicken avocado wrap on TV. It looks so delicious I tried it. I don’t know why I keep it giving Arby’s a second chance. Every new product that I’ve tried there has been awful. Their western wrap is served on pita bread that was so tough you couldn’t bite through it. I finally opened it up and just ate the ingredients out. The lettuce was e wilted .just a few pieces of chicken. Very disappointing doesn’t look anything like the TV commercial. Don’t waste your money. The only thing I enjoyed their new french fries which were delicious. Stick to your roast beef sandwiches and forget the rest. Oh yeah the malt wasn’t even good.

This is the second time that Arby's did not honor my coupon. Both times were evening shift and then the next day, the manager tells me they should have honored it. 6914670217 Marcus.
