My husband likes to eat at our neighborhood Arby's but I keep having bad experiences. Cold sandwiches, stale bread, cold burnt french fries etc. The last 3 times I went they overcharged me and didn't know how to fix the mistake. I understand that it is hard finding help but at least hire people who care that your food is good. Sorry but you have lost a customer forever. I will give someone the benefit of the doubt but to have and order messed up every time is too much. Store #5325

Coshocton ohio lady took order tryed to over charge by 6$. Then when she redid our order so it was correct she didnt put back in the correct sandwiches. She didn't know how to give change out of a cash order. Took longer just trying to get that right. After waiting for about 15 minutes got the order. I didn't realize she didnt put the right sandwiches in and took them back up she informed me they dont take them back. So I informed her that I wanted the correct order. Had to wait again. Not a happy camper.

2 days ago I stopped at the South high Street Columbus Arby's they did not have the cheese steak sandwich they said they were out but they did have the regular Arby's roast beef sandwich Tonight I stopped at the route 256 pickerington Arby's not only did they have no cheese steak but they had no Arby's roast beef. I couldn't believe it but that's why KFC had a line around the block at least they had food What a joke why is Arby's even in business if they can't produce roast beef. Never going back

Traveling on 75 south in Ohio. Stopped at one Arby’s and after waiting 15 minutes and not moving in the drive through we left. Went farther south pulled off again, ordered two beef and cheddar with extra cheddar, one sandwich was plain! No sauce or cheese! Cold fries! Lost our business

Wauseon ohio arbys - can I say RUDE!!!! And an absolutly disgusting avacado wrap. Never will come back. Such a waste of my time and $10

Last month came in the restaurant with 22 separate orders, no customers in front, no waiting and I was told I had to call the orders in ahead of time but that she could help us with 8 orders and the other orders had to be called in. Understandable so I called them from their dining room while my assistant gave them the 8 orders, We were told we couldn't do that because we had to call from where we were coming from, ok I apologized and left that at that. Today I called and Kris answered I explained to her that I had around 10 orders and when placing the orders not realizing they were 14, she told me after the 10th one " I thought you said they were only 10 sighs and said well how many more do you have" before I could even answer she said never mind just give me the orders. This Kris was very rude, first time I didn't complain because I thought I should of called and asked but then again I was given an attitude for calling it in. I work for a nursing home and I never had any attitudes for giving our business to them, we order from Arby's at least once a month but I think we will take our residents business somewhere else we have ordered up to 26 orders from here before and for anyone's information we tend to order around 11 am not even rush hour. It's to bad that they don't see how excited our residents get when we arrive with their food not knowing what we have to put up with and I'll keep doing the order in meals for them because they have lost so much during this last year that I will not take this away from them too.

I ordered a slider however, it looked like a school just shoved a sloppy joe in a sand which. Gave my short friend covid for how bad it is and made her tear up towards the end on how bad it is which she questioned her life for being short. My other friend couldn't even stomach it however the cookie was amazing would buy again. One star for the cookie!
