I'm so disappointed with Arby's - they keep cancelling the food that I enjoy. No more ham sandwiches - I can no longer get my chicken cordon bleu, now potato cakes are gone. The grand turkey club is gone and so are the loaded potato bites (a while ago but still). I was hoping that the rib sandwich would redeem Arby's, but no, that was terrible. The sandwich was so dry that I threw away half of it. The BBQ sauce was also terrible...What is wrong with Arby's? Good luck, you've lost a customer.

Visited the Danbury, CT location on Federal Street. Upon entering, the male cashier had his mask under his chin exposing his face. I asked if masks were optional so I could remove mine. He took my question wrong and began attacking me verbally saying he was “breathing”. I tried to tell him he misunderstood but he yelled over me. I told him I was done with him and asked for the Mgr. Bambi, Manager, yelled from the back she was busy. I started calling the 800 number for Arbys Corporate and Bambi finally came to the counter. I tried explaining to her the conduct of her cashier but she too spoke over me saying “he’s from another store, he’s not my problem”. I said he’s representing your store. She then turned her back on us and I said I’ll never come back. Bambi yelled “Good!” This is obvious the culture of Arby’s as they feel they do enough business that good treatment is not on the menu. Reminds me of an expression used growing up: You can take people out of the ghetto but you can’t take the ghetto out of the people.

My name is Sherree Brown st Louis mo Not a first timer at Arby's, was my 1st time to order their new "pork rib sandwich" I was not impressed AT ALL. Drive thru handed to me In 2 min, pulled around opened wrap, somewhat cold definitely not hot, 3 droplets of bbq sauce and 4 small "chunks" of meat. Was actually a crappy sandwich for $5.99. I'm not one to normally comment but this did hit me the wrong way. My order was on 10/16/21 wouldn't allow order # 12:30:02 pm. 3973 Lemay ferry road I can't blame it on the checkout girl, not her fault. Not coming back without potato cakes.

First time to give a review that is terrible. I think this world is bad enough, without a constant tear down. However, I went to Arby's in Papillion tonight. I was looking forward to the Chicken Cheddar Ranch. What a joke. Two OVERCOOKED tiny beast tenders was not worth the almost $8.00 I paid for it. Truly a disappointment.

I want to put on the record every single time we order from vestal arbys they always forget something or don't do the order correctly! I drove off tonight thinking it was good get home to missing food, old curly fries mind you I spent 47.47 there! Try to call the restaurant five times for it to only ring! During the day they have rude people working and that's putting it nicely! The only reason I go back is because of the market fresh sandwiches otherwise I wouldn't ever go again!

I just ordered the Arby's brisket sandwich for the first time and when I got it home I took the bun off the top and there was so little meat that I thought they forgot to put it on. Not worth the price
