Arby's wagyu Burger was not worth carrying home it is the worst Burger I ever had

Your restaurant at14414 N Newport Hwy, Mead, WA is horrible. If this is a franchise, the owner needs to be fined. It was 4:15 on a Friday afternoon so not a busy time. Be that as it may, we waited 15 minutes with one person in line in front of us. I ordered regular fries and got curly fries and was missing my wife's Mac N Cheese. OK, so I get that mistakes can happen and I can forgive them when they are high school kids making $5.00 an hour. I can also forgive them when there are 15 cards waiting in line, but you guys are paying these people starting salaries of $30K and there was only one truck in front and no one behind us. Again...4:15 on a Friday afternoon. I grow weary of incompetent service in America for even the simplest of things. I expect a coupon for my trouble.....

I m Grubhud Driver, The employee told me that he would not look on the screen if I had already taken the order, with a very discriminating tone towards me. He turned his back on me, and forced me to take the order, which he was not sure if I had already accepted on the application..THE EMPLOYE TRANSGENDER IS VERY ANGRY.. I found the bun very good, the lettuce and tomato to be fresh and also very good but the beef patty was absolutely terrible, it was like eating a old leftover patty that was cooked days ago and it was cold. I will never try a second one. One star is only for the bun, lettuce and tomato.

Two weeks ago I got a Ruben sandwich from Arby’s 6 hours later I was puking my guts up, a week later we go back by there and I get me two more Rubens, after eating one and going to bed I woke early in the morning puking again, must be ruined sourkraut. Has anyone else experienced the same thing from there

this evening I went to the Arby's store in Highland, Indiana. It took me a half hour to make my order and get my food. I ordered the fish sandwich and curly fries. While driving home and immediately after pulling away from Arby's I decided the eat some of their curly fried. They were terrible and they were cold. When I got home I begin eating their fish sandwich. It was cold, hard and terrible. The sandwich was so bad that I threw both the curly fries and the fish sandwich away.
