We went to the Arby's at 8103 Ritchie Hwy in Pasadena MD. We have been before and it was good then. Sadly, although the food was pretty good, the first thing we saw when we walked as a sign that say "exact change or credit card only". Apparently the Senior discount is no longer available. At the condiment counter there was no sauces, or napkins but soda had been spilled all over the counter and the trash can was over flowing. No one really seemed to care. An employee did come and look around and did nothing to correct these issues and walked away. We will not go back.

Bought chicken pecan sandwich, mostly apple slices, few pecan bits, 2 grapes and bread was tough!! One bite through it out. Last time eating there.

store #807 university dr Huntsville al I used to like Arbys but seems like every time I go there’s a problem with my order specifically asked for no bacon ever double checked with the manager that no bacon was on my food quess what there was bacon on my sandwich when I got to work then when I called the store the manager with the accent argued with me that there was no bacon on the sandwich currently sitting in front of me at this point I just wanted a refund I have no more time to waste with Arbys I’ll just eat somewhere else

I used to love arbys but you know what that’s the last straw I duckin paid for a meal and the guy was like it says approved but our system crashed so we don’t know if it went all the way through, I waited like 20 minutes to be refused service after paying and I ducking DEMAND my money back!

Come on arbys you can do better. Got burger today looked like it was two days old.. tried to eat it the more I chewed the bigger it got. Fries were the same looked and tasted three days old!

I feel in Arby's in Norwood due to employee leaving a bunch of water on bathroom floor. I was seriously injured and had to walk on crutches for two weeks. Arby's never even offered to help with medical bills. I lost work and went through a lot of pain. I wouldn't be so mad had they so much as offered to cover my losses. Now Monday I will be looking for a lawyer. No concern for the customer or safety

The new burger has absolutely no taste except the sauce. Completely over priced. I fell for the ad, but never again

Arby’s has lost my business forever. They’ve taken everything that I eat off the menu. So I tried this supposedly wagyu burger today and their curly fries( since there are now longer onion rings or potato cakes). VERY over priced dressed up to hide no flavor meat burger. As much as I hate saying this. A quarter pounder(if actually cooked and not raw) is better. I hate McDonalds. Arbys is getting worse.
