Very disappointed on how much Arby's food has changed. My Roast Beef sandwich was cold & the cheese sticks were horrible. Why did you change them????. Not sure if i will go back. I will deeply miss you Arby's

Fish strips meal...Better value to buy a box of Gortons! Does not look like commercial and so small!!! Fries were still cold in middle. NASTY

I saw the new hush puppy fish strips on TV and gave it a try. They were terrible totally dried out and the fries were cold. I usually enjoy my Arby's meals but this was less then one star. Sorry to leave this but you should know what people get served.

went to Arby’s on a Friday evening was about 8:50 pm went at drive-through set there for about 5 mins then went around at the window set there for a bit. Then saw employees coming out the door. And then to my amazement they locked the door. And it was 9pm on a Friday night and on the wed site open until 11pm.

Arby's in Pueblo, Colorado: Ordered 3 of the new fish and fries baskets. The fish was totally disgusting, pressed fish into odd form with no flavor fell apart. Supposed to be breaded but were tiny strips with dipped in a seasoning of some sort. No breading. Three orders went in the trash. Very expensive, always higher priced than prices on line or in ads. YUCK NOTHING LIKE PICTURE IN FLYER.

Arby's in King George, VA on Rt. 301 Dahlgren. Seems their conversations with each other is more important than serving the customer.

To much sauce slopes can't enjoy it falls apart cold not hot like the meat been sitting for awhile cheese look old
