Went to the Arby's in Blairsville, GA today for lunch. They refused their own coupon and I really did not understand why. After paying full price for the meal, had to wait nearly 20 minutes for my food. While I stood their waiting, I saw the sandwich wrapper on the shelf behind the cashier but did not know it was my sandwich. It sat their at least 15 minutes before the cashier Pamela every turned around and put it on a tray to hand to me. Both the sandwich and the curly fries were no longer warm by the time I got them.

I just tried Arby’s $11 prime rib philly (yes, $11!) and it was a total rip-off! There was barely two oz of meat and there was as many mushrooms as meat. I scraped all of it onto 1/2 of the bun to get a reasonable sandwich. This is a $6 sandwich at best. This, and I had to ask for ketchup since they dole it out very sparingly. I’m done with Arby’s!

After watching the Arby’s prime rib sandwich promo, we decided to order 2 take home and try, OMG, nothing like the tv promo, my dogs would not even eat it, I took pictures of the sandwiches before I trashed them, and would be happy to share, Arby’s is on the way out, and after this experience, good riddance.

S. East st Indianapolis in, No customers inside or drive thru, was told she wld be with us in a few mins, she never came bck, a guy took our order finally. I get to the window the girls are too busy chatting and playing on their phones, the young guy was helpful at the window. We was in drive thru for over 15 mins, over 66 dollars in food and the roast beef was horrible and dry, chicken dry and overcooked, fries all cold, sliders cold and hard. I couldnt call bc they closed and wldnt answer the phones. This is ridiculous!

Terrible experience. The personal looked at us as if we were annoying them. They really seemed to hate their jobs. The food was cold, the burger was also wet. No Shakes, since the machine was broken. We took 2 bites, and threw the food away and drove to Dennys instead.

i went to arbys on malabar road , palm bay florida and ordered the cheese steak, well it was bad i mean this was micro wave trash not fit to consume, you can not even see what is inside the sandwich because the microwave sealed the sandwich closed i have been going to arbys for years and this is not quality the should be serving get rid of it

I went to Arby's restaurant in Seville Ohio and they were very rude the dining room was not opened they made me walk through the drive-thru I drive a semi stand in line with the cars which was very embarrassing and then they were very rude at the window in the food was horrible it looked like it went through a trash compactor

Beef smelled odd and au jus resembled motor oil. Curly fries burned and drink was cold and think it was supposed to be coke. AWFUL!!!
