We have the "meat" more like we have the #$%! I ordered a roast beef sandwich with fries and a sweet tea and they gave me unsweet tea, the fries were practicly raw, and the beef tasted like crap. I liked it 20 years ago

Arby's - 10175 Veterans Memorial Hwy Austell, GA 30168. I made my order in drive thru and had to wait about 10mins. Number one, the food was not hot, number two, I asked for a Roast beef & cheddar and received a chicken sandwich. Well, it was too late to take it back because I was in ATL traffic. This also was the worst tasting food I have ever receive from Arby's. I love arby's but not this location.

I was on my way to work. Stopped at Arby's in Garden City, GA. Ordered Beef and cheddar meal halfway down the road I realized I wasn't asked if I wanted sauce. I didn't get any. This is my second time at this store. Arby's sauce should be a given with a roast beef sandwich. If it happens at this restaurant again I will never go there again.

It wouldn't accept my payment and kept saying payment error. Mgr wouldn't honor offer as it said mobile order only. Fix your damn app. Great way to lose loyal customers.

Put in a $38 order to take to my son's house. After pulling up to the window my wife told the guy she needed to add a coke zero to the order and was told she could not add to the order. Unacceptable... if I was driving I would have said thank you keep the food and I will go somewhere else with my money. Our family knows my frustration and we will never visit Arby's again with that kind of customer service (or lack of). The kid at the window was nice but I'm sure here was told to say that.

Arrived before 6PM. Interior was closed. Had to wait an unreasonable amount of time in drive-thru. The drive-thru had large graffiti on the building and the fence...thought we were in a ghetto! Argued with them about wanting two or more packets of Arby's sauce per roast beef sandwich; had ordered four. Food was mediocre at best. Don't think we'll be going back! I order classic double roast beef x4 and an order crinkle fries and order of curly fries. They tried to push off cold fries on me that’s when I mentioned the last few times coming here my fries were cold. And for the sandwiches I ended up with with regular size with cheddar I didn’t ask for cheddar on my sandwiches. Bottom line I order 4 doubles received 4 regular beef and cheddar. I totally got ripped off!!

Today 3-2-2023. Ordered fried fish and wasn’t really fried just heated up and not tasty. Had regular fries that were old, dried out and cold. Husband ordered prime rib which looked nothing like the advertisement. He had curly fries that were nothing but bits and pieces and were also cold. He ordered a shake which was very watery. We weren’t able to complain because we brought our food home. Arby’s is not a keeper for us. elainecreel80@gmail. com
