Arby’s has gotten stingy about their roast beef the orilginal don’t have the amount of meat they once did what is up with that and now they quit making potato cakes what is going on as expensive as they are where is the roast beef!!!

We go to Arby's frequently because we love the food but the service lately has not been the best at our location. We live about 3 miles away, so if something is not correct, I have to drive back and of course with Covid you can't just walk in anymore you have to get in line at the drive through and wait! I've told them several times before that a French Dip is not a dip unless you remember the au jus gravy. Well, the girl had no idea what I meant by au jus. So I said Gravy! Gravy! My French Dip needs gravy! Then evidently I didn't order it as it's listed and she said "You mean the French Dip and Swiss? OMG Yes! Anyway just my 2 cents worth. #6181.

Good service. The Grand Turkey Club is what I wanted. Ended up buying the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Never saw bread grilled on the inside of a sandwich before. If it wasn't for Arby and Horsey sauce it would have been too dry to eat. No sir, didn't care for it.

There is only 1 arbys I dont recomend and it's the one in Ogden utah on Washington near 34th street. They always had poor service and made us all sick. But we go to the one on 12th street and I've never had an issue there. They have top service and great prices.

Arby's is usually good , that's why 4 stars. But , I ordered their new chicken salad sandwich and was highly disappointed. It should have been called bread sandwich. Very small amt of thin spread chicken salad in the center of a lot of bread. Not cut , mine had toasted side in on both sandwiches. Not the first time doe that to happen. Literally my side salad has as much chicken salad in it and it didnt have any. Very disappointed.

Ok you had the best fish sandwich of all fast food places and discontinued it. You had this horrible stringy lettuce and most times I had to ask for extra starter on the side! Please bring it back and make it right this time! I still crave them!
