I visited the Arby’s just south of I 20 on Cooper Street in Arlington Texas. The only thing open was the drive thru, (because of Covid 19) it was lunch time and I should have known something was up. Only two cars in the drive thru. It took forever, why I cant say, they had no customers. I ordered the new Bacon maple BLT. It’s looks delicious in the commercial when they advertise it, but far from delicious when you eat it. I understand they cook the bacon ahead of time but this bacon was so tough it seemed like yesterdays bacon. The sandwich in the commercial looks big and hot and very appetizing but mine was mashed flat and cold. Even the bacon was cold and it was smothered in far too much mayonnaise, That medium combo cost over 10.00. And if the lobby would have been open I would have taken it back and asked for my money back after the first bite. I will never make that mistake again

Very upset (keep in mind they were kind of busy but nothing crazy). I ordered my meal a medium and stated twice I wanted a medium Dr Pepper I payed for my food,I got my food and he asked again what my drink was I and said a Dr Pepper. He then says was it a small and I said no it was a medium Dr Pepper. He then grabs a random drink sitting in a group of drinks and hands it to me. I see that it is a small but they are busy so I was like I’m just gonna go it’s whatever they are busy. Soon after I’m driving I take a sip and it is root beer I then look at the lid and it has root beer punched out on it. This guy didn’t care if I got what I ordered and had no reguard for the costumer. I thought costumer service was a thing I guess not at Arby’s

Quality has gone downhill. Curly fries are all broken and the roast beef tastes like rubber! For the price, I will go to my local sandwich shops and get better quality meat and sides. You guys used to be good.
