Went to store on 3500 south and 3200 west west valley city and got home to find they had given me the wrong sandwich. Not pleased with order accuracy!!!

Arrived at the restaurant around 10:30 am. I ordered the half-pound sandwich Arby's meal. The bun was stale and hard. The roast beef on top of the sandwich was hard as if it's been sitting around. You would think in this day and time everyone would be on the top of their game. This was not the case. This meal was almost $11. If I had the time I would have went back and got my money back. I will not be back.

I'm usually a fan but today was really disappointed. I tried the new beer battered fish and I have to say this is the worst $6.00 I've ever spent. The fish was over battered and soaked in grease. The lettuce, tomatoes and bread were soggy. There's no tarter sauce but way too much mayo and inexplicably pickles which were also soggy. I also got jalapeño bites and mozzarella sticks with no sauces in the bag despite them being on the receipt. It wasn't worth driving back there so the dogs had a nice lunch

They informed me they had not brought back onion rings to the menu!!

I have now tried 2 items from the new Arby's menu. The Fish sandwich was greasy and bland with too much batter on the fish. Today I tried the Prime Rib Cheesesteak. Absolutely tasteless. Best part of the meal was the Sweet Potato Waffle Fries. I will not waste my money here again.

Open your dining room I'm spokane valley. I was stuck in your parking lot for 25 mins because the line is running down sprague. Not to smart of you. Good way to lose business. We wont be back.

Asked for no gyro seasoning... got gyro seasoning. So i spend a disgustingly amount of money on something that i now can’t eat because y’all can’t do ur jobs 😌

I was really excited to try the new cod sandwich at Arby’s. Boy was I disappointed!! Tasted as though it had been fried in old oil and had been sitting for a while. Won’t go back for another!!
