After a chance discussion with a former colleague, I embarked on the Arbonne 30 days to healthy living programme, as part of a radical change in my diet. As well as all the Arbonne products (protein shakes, veggie nutrients, fibre, gut health, and energy fizzes) I went for fresh salads and veggies too - lots of colour, mono-unsaturated fats, lean protein (chicken and oily fish) smaller portions (except the salads), and fewer treats plus no alcohol, coffee, gluten etc. Most of all I really appreciated the weekly support of my Arbonne agent, Catherine. Weekly catchups and helpful tips. I felt better at the end of the 30 days, and now 2-3 weeks after 'the programme' finished, I'm still sticking to the healthy diet ... though not using the Arbonne products. 6-7 weeks after the programme started, I've lost 6kg ... so I'm really pleased with my investment ... and grateful for Catherine's support.

This year I had my gallbladder removed and since then my stomach has been off. After trying various things, I thought I would try this after discussing with the consultant who was aware of the above I had an instantaneous negative response to it, my stomach bubbled up, I got sick and agonising diarrhea for the next 6 hours. After this I was left very drained and run down. I was so shocked that it would cause such a reaction that at first I wondered if it was a coincidence and perhaps I had caught a stomach bug from my kids. So I stupidly tried it again the next day, this time I was met with worse symptoms, instantly stomach bubbling, stomach pain and exactly the same pain as a gall bladder attack (even though mine has been removed), i ended up projectile vomiting and diarrhea again for the next few hours and with a very sore and achy insides. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone,

This company and its cult lure people in with promises of owning their own business, get a white merc etc etc but it’s a total sham. The merc has to be a lease paid for by you, you have to pay your own money for training courses. People who join change and not for good. Avoid at all costs
