Great company
I placed my order which showed up in a timely manner and I installed the coils to find out that their where two faulty coils. I called Araparts and in no matter of time they where sending out new ones. Did not make an issue like some companies do. I spoke to a real person when they picked up the phone. Car is running great! Top Notch Service & Parts
I needed spark coils for my 1998 Lincoln and called Araparts at 6:25 PM ET on Thursday and the parts, at a great price, were in my mailbox in Kentucky on Saturday. Amazing service and the parts were perfect.

Best customer service in my 73 years!!
On Fri May 15 I ordered 8 ignition coils online from Araparts.Got delivery date of Tues May 19. Coils arrived my shop on MONDAY May18! Wow!!! Opened the shipment on Thurs May 21 and discovered one of the coils was damaged apparently during packaging. Emailed Arapart customer service expecting a mile of red tape, return instructions,etc. David from Arapart emailed back with apologies and stated Arsparts would ship a replacement coil that same day, no red tape, no return necessary!! The coil arrived my shop today Sat May 23!! WOW!! I didn't think customer service of that caliber existed!! Five Stars! Araparts is my new best friend and supplier!!! Jack Morrell.
