Thanks for your review and feedback! I’m glad to hear your experience at the credit union has been mostly positive. We strive to get that 5-star review and want to ensure you have the best experience possible. We’re always reviewing all aspects of the credit union and looking at areas where we can improve. Your honest feedback helps achieve this. Regarding the pending transactions, we’re looking at our options within online banking, but don’t have a specific timeline. As you stated though, a great alternative solution is the CardNav app. I’m going to send your feedback along to our executive management.
