Ordered from Arabic dress in previous years. Will never order from them again. I ordered two kaftans to try on and needed a different size so returned the two dresses and ordered the different size. A week later I receive a bill from FedEx to pay import fees. £84 for the two dresses and £47 for the one dress. I contact Arabic dress as I have never been asked to pay import fees before and they said it’s because I live in the uk so I have to pay it. I’ve always ordered to the same address in the uk and this has never been an issue. They also never accepted the return so the courier has to send it back to me. So not only did I incur £131 in FedEx fees (not including their €19 delivery fee each time) but I now also have 3 of the exact same kaftan that I paid €200 for each. Had I have known I’d be charged import fees I would have never ordered. Definitely something wrong from their end which they refuse to admit. My sister purchased from a different kaftan company in that country who shipped via FedEx during that time and was not charged any import fees. If purchasing from the UK AVOID AVOID AVOID. Unnecessary headache. Terrible parrot-like customer service too. In previous years, I contacted them for instructions on how to wash one of the kaftans I had bought as my dry cleaners had some questions and they never replied. That should have been my sign to avoid this terrible company.

Heel spijtig om te zeggen maar helaas heb ik een zeer slechte ervaringen met Arabicdress zowel online als de fysieke winkel. Vorig jaar had ik een caftan besteld waarvan de levering meer als een maand duurde terwijl er op hun website vermeld word voor 12uur besteld zelfde dag verzonden ja sorry maar dan ga je er gewoon niet vanuit dat je de caftan pas over een maand krijgt. Uiteindelijk op de dag dat ik de caftan nodig had niet kunnen gebruiken omdat ze te laat waren met leveren. Arabicdress vond compensatie voor de situatie niet nodig noch een compensatie noch een excuus. Twee weken geleden kwam ik de winkel binnen. Ondanks de blunder van vorig jaar had ik toch gehoopt in de fysieke winkel beter gelopen te worden. (Je zit dan niet meer met derde zoals een leverancier) Ik wilde voor EID een leuke outfit. Medewerkers waren kortaf en hadden er gewoon echt geen zin. Werden chagrijnig als ik een vraag over een item had. Ze waren gewoon totaal niet behulpzaam. Heel jammer dit. Arabicdress heeft hele mooie items mashallah daar zeg ik niks over maar als ze hun klantconditie tevreden willen houden dan zou er aan klantvriendelijkheid en servicegerichtheid echt gewerkt moeten worden. Uiteindelijk een hele mooie outfit gescoord bij HajarPaleis 🥰👍🏼

Scammers . They are putting on sale a caftan that has been already sold out online so when I bought it they contacted me to get an other one . I said that I don’t like anyone and I would like therefore to request a refund. They never responded never give a refund they totally ignored me . Very bad service. Bery bad experience. Don’t trust. Don’t buy from them . They are putting on sale items that has been sold out and never give you your money back. Be aware !!!

Helemaal vanuit Belgie naar deze zaak gekomen. Gelukkig was het de moeite waard. Leuke grote winkel, veel variatie aan modellen en kleuren. We zijn geholpen door een hele aardige dame, Saida. Ze gaf goed advies en was heel behulpzaam. Ben naar huis gegaan met 2 prachtige jurken voor een mooie prijs!

Dont buy from these scammers. Ordered a dress to try for my engagement party in januari. It did not fit so i returned it before the 14 days mark. Did not get a refund and they did not responde to emails. When i sent a message on instagram they kept saying we will contact you we will send you an email. They did not do that and now they are ignoring me. We are 4 months later now and they stole €200 from me. Unfortunately i see many reviews on google of people who had the same experience so be aware!!
