Worst company to ever deal with
Worst company to ever deal with, my package went in circles and was late and not delivered when it was supposed to, then they try to bribe you with a $5 Amazon gift card for a positive review and never follow through with sending it. Stay away from this company, they are dishonest and have no clue how to run a business.

Nonsense
My order seemed to go from Manchester to Germany to France before getting back to the UK. It took 10 days to arrive. Tracking details were nonsense and greater insult was to offer $5 for 'a confirmed positive review'.

The item was delivered according to the courier but, it wasn't delivered to me. I never received my item. Im very upset.

Poor delivery
Parcel was not delivered to my address at 18a High Street. Said it was in post box- not. We were home at time of delivery & no one knocked or rang bell. Spent ages searching front garden and checking with neighbours next morning. 24hrs later resident from 17a High Street which is some distance away on other side of road from our house, came across with my parcel having been delivered to their address in error.

I didn't receive anything at my door…
I didn't receive anything at my door let alone in my mailbox so where exactly did you deliver my package at because I didn't receive it at all track down my package & deliver it to my actual door asap because you guys clearly didn't deliver the package to the front door let alone my mailbox track down my package immediately please & actually deliver it to my front door much appreciated thank you.

Aquiline tracking doesn’t show package…
Aquiline tracking doesn’t show that my package was somehow turned over to UPS or delivered by UPS and as a result I wasn’t notified of pending delivery by ups or eBay so I refused delivery by a sender and delivery service I didn’t order from or recognize. .Way too much confusion
