Tracking info doesn't update
I'm giving this company a good rating, because they delivered the package quickly, which is the most important thing. However, the tracking was useless. I received an email saying that a shipping label had been generated and the carrier was awaiting the item. I received no further updates, even though I had submitted my email address for updates on the package delivery. After the package was delivered, I went back to the tracking website, and it STILL showed that they were awaiting the package.

The package was left in an inconspicuous location with respect for property
The driver did not leave the package outside the gate but inside and away from the automatic gate opening. The only thing they could have done better was get it closer to the house as i am disabled. But since this was the first time delivering to me they did not have the gate code.

Delivery time took a little longer than…
Delivery time took a little longer than expected, but delivery was left at appropriate covered entryway - lots of email updates throughout process

That’s Pretty Good!
Ebay taking me all over the world tracking. Pretty accurate tracking. Just an hour or so delay for the updates but very helpful!

Tracking to be improved
This was my first contact with this delivery sevice... Label was generated on Nov. 22nd 2025 no update in the tracking system until 24th (parcel in delivery). Parcel was delivered on 25th. (Complete tracking history only visible after the parcel had arrived). So here is some room for improvement to keep the tracking system up to date with the status of the delivery.
