Both times this shipper put a package that ways nothing somewhere it blew away. Use anyone but them.

No notifications at all no parcel when i checked tracking it says delivered no proof are anything scamming at its best

I was using the tracking, which was quite vague at best. Yesterday it was out for delivery, so I kept checking, up until midnight I had no delivery notification. This morning I found it outside our gate (rural farm land), and it had been there all night in the pouring rain. It was soaked and it was a box of envelopes in a paper bag. I just now, this evening, got the email stating that it was delivered to a safe place???? I am not impressed.

This company will scam you into writing a positive review with a reward of a $5 gift from Amazon. When I applied for the reward they sent me a email stating that it had been suspended. Aquiline sent me an email telling me if I left a review on Trustpilot I would receive a $5 Amazon gift card. I submitted the review and never received the gift card. I emailed Aquiline support asking for the status of receiving my gift card and the response was that program had ended. AQUILINE IS A SCAMMER.

Absolutely useless company . They posted my parcels to wrong address. Did not even take photo evidence on the tracking system. Like other company’s do. So if your parcel gos to wrong address at least you got a clue were it got left to find it. Customer service is a shambles no help. If you’re buying something online. You see this company being yoused in the tracking section. God help you.

would be good if could track parcel on a map like most companies do also no photo proof of parcel delivered was just left on my front door on the floor not very good service and only recieved upate that been delivered over night
