We added shipping insurance for exactly that extra peace of mind you mentioned, so it’s great to hear it really landed. Thanks so much, Ben! We work hard to stock everything from top-shelf glass to solid budget pieces and those harder-to-find gems, so it means a lot to hear that called out. Glad the fast shipping hit the mark too. Appreciate you choosing Aqua Lab Technologies, and we hope you enjoy your new gear!

Hi Wendy, The banger you purchased has a side air-intake port by design. It’s made to improve vaporization of concentrates and, with the right setup, to spin pearls efficiently. The product photos and description call out this feature, and we’ve sold a large number of this exact model without issues. If your pearls aren’t moving, it’s almost always a setup/tuning point—not a defect. Here are quick fixes that resolve this 9 times out of 10: Carb cap: Use a directional cap (or one with angled airflow). Flat caps won’t create the vortex needed. Airflow balance: Let the side intake do its job; keep your draw steady and moderate. If you pull too hard, you cancel the vortex. Pearl size/quantity: 5–6 mm pearls (1–2 pieces) work best in this model. Overfilling stops movement. Temperature: Aim for low-to-mid temps; overheated pearls can stick and won’t spin smoothly. We stand by the product because it performs when used as intended. That said, we’re happy to help you get dialed in, or, if you prefer, we can discuss options within our return/exchange policy (for unused items) or recommend a standard non-intake banger that matches how you like to hit. Please email [email protected] with your order number and a quick photo of your setup (cap, pearls, and banger). We’ll walk you through a 2-minute tune-up or sort an alternative that you’ll be happy with. — Aqua Lab Technologies
