When I realized that my passport was going to expire 2 weeks before a planned trip I thought I was in big trouble. I searched online for an expedited passport and came across APVI. I was initially hesitant to mail my expiring passport and give up control of such an important document. I was reassured by excellent online reviews and Better Business Bureau rating so I went ahead with using APVI. My customer service experience was excellent. They communicated with me through every step of the process and I received my new passport in 2 business days as promised. APVI made a stressful situation much easier and I highly recommend them.

My husband and I have been trying to get my visa to Saudi Arabia for seven months. Once we were at the stage to have APVI assist, Karim with detailed, organized, thoughtful, and so knowledgeable. We had quite a few delays on the Saudi side, but APVI was much quicker than I had thought. I had never heard of a service like this so I was very skeptical when I saw their ad on the Internet. I was given very short notice on a business trip to Thailand and I needed my passport so that I could obtain a work visa, I searched the Internet to see if this was a scam and all I found was good reviews so I gave it a shot, all I can say is thank you! These guys really know what they are doing they were fast, professional, and very pleasant to work with they helped me through every step, I chose the 24 hour service. I payed and filled out my application at like 2 a.m. They called me the very first thing the next morning I followed all of their instructions and was even able to call them at least 2 times that day for assistance they responded to e mails within a few minutes and from start to finish I had my passport in my hands in 4 days!
