I recently ordered a vape from AP Vape Shop online, but the device arrived completely broken and unusable. I understand that shipping defects happen, but the customer service has been nonexistent. I have sent three separate messages trying to get a replacement or a refund, and every single attempt has been ignored. Dealing with a company that refuses to answer its customers when they send broken items is incredibly frustrating. I would strongly advise shopping elsewhere until they fix their support system.
