Quality control is my main issue
Quality control is my main issue. -There isn't consistency in cooking the dog food. Most of the time the food is overly cooked and hard to break up -I have found 3 bones in the dog food. I have sent you a picture of them, The bones seem to be consistent in shape and size with one end of the bone very sharp and pointed. - More often than not I will find any vegetables in a one lb meal packet. -Recently you have changed how you pack a 7 lb bag of food. The five bags for dog food that are placed at the bottom of the bag, standing up instead lying them flat all freeze together. Very inconvenient to have to defrost all 5 bags of food in order to separate them. -On the positive side, shipping has improved. OnTrac use to leave my box in the drive way, rain or shine, not the front door. They had shorted me a couple time the amount of bags that were to be shipped.
