Bad experience
This was my second purchase from April One. I I totally put my address for shipping, and needed to change my order. I contacted a company rep (Sheila) via email and was told that they would cancel the order. I proceeded with the reorder and subsequently my original order was shipped. I inquired and was told that I would have to process a return and would get a refund, minus the shipping fee and a restocking fee. This is not acceptable.
