Intuitive, Interactive, Game changer. This app has been incredible - I think it's finally bridging the gap between maintenance, admin, and residents. The residents feel more empowered and involved with their repairs, the team feels more confident in their ability to communicate with the resident before, during, and after completing work orders, and it streamlined many processes for us, the most impressive is the collaboration with Yardi and the inspections feature. Cannot recommend highly enough.
