You seem to have misunderstood how AppTesters works. Certificates are issued by Apple, not by us, and Apple is solely responsible for revoking developer accounts. Also I’m also not sure where your ‘8-month’ calculation came from, as many users who were affected have already received their replacement certificates. Additionally, you haven’t provided any information to verify whether you are an actual customer. Thank you.

The information you’ve shared is not accurate, so let me clarify how it works: You need to select Standard Processing in order to be moved to the top of the queue. This is clearly explained in the instructions, which were unfortunately not followed in your case. Because of this, your review is based on an incorrect understanding of the process.

Please note that AppTesters is not responsible for certificate revokes. We don’t create Apple Developer accounts ourselves and have no control over when Apple revokes them — that’s entirely handled by Apple. Our role is to provide certificates as long as Apple allows it. Apple Developer accounts and certificates are not our own first-party service, so we must rely on Apple’s systems and policies. Even with these limitations, AppTesters continues to provide the most reliable and responsive service in the sideloading community, running 4–5 dedicated systems 24/7 to support users. We understand that revokes are frustrating, but they are not caused by AppTesters, and we’re constantly working to minimize their impact and keep everything running smoothly.

You bought premium plan. We don't give free certificates. It's not a charity service. Your active plan is currently operational and functioning effectively. We do not issue replacement certificates for active plans. Certificates do not render phones inoperable(brick); this responsibility lies solely with you. We did not intentionally neglect to respond to your inquiries. Our team receives approximately 100 to 200 messages daily, which necessitates a considerable amount of time for processing.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. While we respect every customer’s right to share their experience, we would like to clarify a few points: 1. Certificates & Revocation Your certificate was delivered and worked as expected. Apple revocations, however, are completely outside of our control—this is an Apple-imposed system limitation, not something caused by AppTesters. We are fully transparent about this in our terms and policies before purchase. 2. Support & Policies We always encourage customers to open a ticket with their order details so we can properly assist them. Writing negative comments without providing your order information makes it impossible for us to verify and resolve your case. Reviews have also been repeatedly removed by Trustpilot for violating their guidelines, yet reposted in the same form, which unfortunately does not help create constructive dialogue. 3. Respectful Communication Our team always aims to respond politely and professionally. If a conversation ever feels difficult, it is usually because of disrespectful or offensive messages received first. We encourage open, respectful communication so we can resolve issues quickly. We understand revocations are frustrating, but that frustration should be directed at the system Apple has in place, not at the service that successfully delivered what was promised. Hi Chad, We looked into your order, and it seems that after completing payment, the UDID details were never submitted. Without the UDID, we are unable to process or deliver the certificate. We also did not receive a reply from you when we tried to follow up for this information. We completely understand your frustration, but this review is not a fair reflection of our service.
