Apps4Rent's customer service is always fast and attentive, whenever we have an issue with our Remote Desktop enviroment they're quick to fix it. Huge shoutout to Bruce for helping our team out when our QuickBooks app was down!

Outstanding service for over a decade!
I have been a loyal Apps4Rent customer for more than 10 years, primarily utilising their Microsoft Exchange Online service. Throughout this time, I have frequently worked with Ian, who consistently delivers excellent support time after time. He is incredibly efficient and resolves any technical issues in a timely manner. The rest of the support team is also highly skilled and helpful. This top-tier customer care is exactly why I have stayed with them for so long. Cathy was very professional
Cathy was very professional, intelligent and patient with me while trying again and again to migrate from Thomson Reuters to Apps4Rent MS365. It was very brutal and so many issues with tenant attached to an existing domain and email from long ago. We ultimately had to purchase the domain and email account. Cathy deserves Friday off and a huge round of applauds. Oh and she had to many times be patient because I do not use TEAMS so Zoho Assist was our only method to screen share.
