Great support, stuck with me, responded quickly
Needed help finding the right options in the maze of options in the Exchange admin section and also the MS 365 admin area. The support person was great and walked me through the steps needed to do what I needed to do (all in chat mode). Really great support.

I recently upgraded to the 2024 desktop…
I recently upgraded to the 2024 desktop version of Pro. I'm not a techy and I ran into strange messages while trying to open the company file on the new version. I sent support a message and within 20 minutes received an email showing what I needed to do and received a phone call a few minutes later when I ran into another cryptic message. Support waited on the phone with me until the file opened. The support from A4R is exceptional. I definitely recommend them.
