Just go straight to the US Department of state website and either online renew or mail renew or go to the post office. There isn't anything here that isn't free from the government, after all you already paid for the service in your taxes, use the stuff you already paid for. Scammy - yup After 8 weeks the passport was "still in review", in 1 week we had it expedited from the US Department of State and that cost $40 less than these scammers.

The site WILL work to get your passport. BUT... it's pretty much a ripoff because they don't really offer anything you can't get for free from the official US government sire and they will charge you as much as possible on top of the gov't fee. Avoid them

Absolutely a scam! Tried to reach someone multiple times without success. Not one good review listed when I went back to research. Charged my credit card a 2nd time for what?, I don't know! Hoping AmEx will give my money back! It's been a month with no response!

Terrible company. They provide essentially nothing and charge you $167... They try to drive you to a digital application vs mailing you documents so they don't have to pay for passport photo or mailing though they advertise one stop application.

GovAssist by IVS is a total SCAM!!! They prey on people who do not catch that the top search return is NOT A GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION!!!! I paid $167 to take my entered information and print on a pdf which they then mailed to me. This fee did not include the passport fees. BTW they also make it so the fee you do pay is about the exact price as the passport fees so you think you are paying them.

Ce site est mis en avant de manière trompeuse par le moteur de recherche Google. Ce site n'est qu'un miroir du site officiel pour les ESTA. Il facture 70$ en plus du coût de l'ESTA pour simplement faire une copie des données saisie vers le site officiel. Service client absent.
