ApplovaReviews of applova.io

We have been working with Applova for over 3 years now and they get better every time. They always reach out to us with new updates and ways we can improve our experience. They are quick to reply and are always willing to help. Super recommended!

We love their kiosk design/software and have been using it for multiple restaurant locations! The team is very nice, attentive, quick to respond, and can work with you on unlocking efficiencies with your device. We had some ideas for how to make our kiosk experience easier for our customers, and although it wasn't a feature initially, but they worked with their development team to make it one. The menu updates and data syncs are quick and easy, and its been a great experience overall.

Been working with approval to setup mobile platform for my business and the team is quick to respond, follow up, help with anything needed, and just on remote session to walk/work through items.

Good product to work with, ordering kiosk makes our employee life's easier at rush hours. Easy menu updates at any given point. Good supporting team whenever we have any issues. Definitely recommend product for fast serving restaurants.

We’ve been using the Applova self-service kiosk and overall it’s been a great addition to the restaurant. Customers picked it up pretty quickly, and it helps keep orders moving when things get busy... One thing we really like is that customers can take their time with the menu, customize their order, and add extras without feeling rushed at the counter. It also takes some pressure off the staff during peak hours. The Applova team has been responsive whenever we’ve needed help or had questions. So far, we’ve had a positive experience and would recommend the kiosk to other restaurant owners looking to make ordering easier.

Hi all kindly read my review verywell , i was dealing with one digital menu provider . But applova change all my mind and the game rules . I highly recommend this service . Easy not tricky . Clear and trusted . They want to help you more than use you . They save me from a big disaster could happen coz of my previous menu provider coz he want to cut the service on me Thank you applova 21 degrees restaurants and cafes ❤️

Applova support has been excellent throughout the years and we appreciate them and all the resources they offer.

5 STAR great customer service, very professional, friendly, patience and responsive. A special kudos to Alina Wellington, she is very professional, quick to respond to issues, results oriented, easy to talk to and takes time to explain to customer how to navigate the system. She exemplies what great customer service is. I truly mean it. I have dealt with many companies that profess great customer service only trying to sell you a product, after you buy it that's where the service ends and you call support line. So I am impressed by her kindness and quick to action attitude. Another employee that needs recognition is Shane Maxwell. He is a super star and has always responded very kindly and professionally with all kinds of my stupid questions. APPLOVA is very fortunate to have them on the team.
