I used Cool Appliance Repair to fix my washer-dryer. They were totally incompetent. The repairman Rashad came out and said he need to replace two parts. He told me it would cost me $435. He gave me a time to comeback and fix the machine. He did not show up and I called and was told he was waiting on the part. He rescheduled and failed to show up and did not call or email tha he would not show. I was told it was too late to come fix it but he would come at 8:00 AM. He did not show up. He showed up at 2:00 pm. He fixed the machine and then overcharged me for the repair. He was rude and nasty and said he was going to call the police on me and that he would return and remove the repair. He cursed at me and I told if he came back to my house I wold have h ave him arrested. I would never use this service again. I plan to sue this service. It was the worst repairman I ever use. I would recommend that no one should use this service.

One of the technicans from LG who came to repair my aircon compressor was absolutely unhygenic. After doing the repair, he used my washbasin to wash his hands and horror of all horrors, he washed and gargled his mouth and spit out the contents from his mouth😱!!!!!!!!

Refrigerator failure second time in one year. Compressor replaced first time. The worst part is phone reps for LG. Difficult to understand at times, sound like they are reading from cue cards, the second one I was transferred to was actually in the Phillipines. Each rep asking same questions I previously answered. Food thawing, water all over floor, making loud noise like a lawn mower, but let's troubleshoot the ice maker, in broken English. Then they sent me an app to identify the type of sound fridge was making (which I refused to use)-I just wanted a repair person to come out and assess and fix asap, happy to pay. Geesh, ready to drink heavily after this experience. Will absolutely stay away from LG in the future, guaranteed.

Local repair people refuse to work on LG appliances. That should have been my first cue. 10 days after my first call to LG, I had a service person show up. He saw that I had a dryer stacked on the washing machine and told me I had to separate them, and left. I have medical issues and can't do that kind of labor. Nobody in the entire 10 days of texts and phone calls told me the customer was responsible for doing the service labor. This is not service, it's an abomination. I'm never buying or trusting an LG appliance again -- but the service is the insult to injury.

2 year old refrigerator no longer cooling. 1 full month to get a repair to the house. Rescheduled 3 times still not fixed. Avoid LG. Their motto of life's good only reflects their ability to take your money and provide junk appliances in return

You never know how good a company are until something goes wrong , LG appliances are superior quality but with every brand niggles happen, but when they do you expect a company to help you to put it right and fix the issue efficiently and effectively . The repair company are so far in the past only working 9-5 Monday to Friday and everyone you talk to it’s not there responsibility, even when you make arrangements and the engineer doesn’t turn up as it was out of his area , even when the engineer text to say his on his way then doesn’t reply to your text messages asking if he is still coming? nothing they can do , I even spoke to the supervisor who called me at 4:55pm then when I asked if I could make the appointment he said sure call back tomorrow the office is now closed at 5. They do not put the customer 1st and hopefully this pre historic way of thinking will be rejuvenated and brought into the modern world. And your phrase of we only work weekends if the engineer lives in your area is ridiculous. But on a good note the 1st call of reporting the issue staff are friendly and helpful but beware folks that’s where the customer service ends.

My LG French door cabinet depth refrigerator was less than 5 years old when the compressor failed. This is Not why I am giving only 1 star. The customer service experience was the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I’m 67 years old. The texting system is inflexible, the technician scratched my floor and broke the leveling foot of the unit, the reimbursement for lost food was promised and required several attempts to receive. It did not matter if I spoke to a rep or used the automated text, I was given the run around. I’m now trying to get service again and it has begun to become another bad experience. Why I purchased 5 LG appliances for my new kitchen is beyond me. I did call to make sure I could get service in Cincinnati, Ohio before buying them. If you are thinking about buying new appliances don’t buy LG, the very poor service takes all the joy away from these attractive but almost unserviceable units.

this is the worst com. I have ever dealt with my fridge broke after 11/2 years so much for buying a 1500$ fridge I called they said they would cover it when the repair man showed up he said I needed to pay for it because I did not have a repair number so when I got the number he said I needed to get the money back from lg because I did not have it when he came out so I called lg after about 15 calls I received 1 check I thought it was for the service call because I was to get a check for food lost also but I was happy because it looked like I was getting some wear now wrong called about the food lost check after 3 calls a man answered that check was for food lost the service call had been approved an he could give me more for food because I had put in for 300$ an only got 150$ lost much more then that because we herd a bang looked but could not find what happened it was late so no one used the fridge so it was off all night till noon the next day after about another 5 calls a man said he was a supervisor I needed to send a service paper I did that called back after a couple of days he said I would be getting a check by the end of the week or the beginning of the next week called today was told it would take 6to7 weeks not only that when I was waiting on line I was listening to 2men arguing in a foreign language I heard a few swear words never buy lg if your smart
