I'm really disappointed with Apple support He didn't solve my problem on ID Apple

We used to be an all apple family but switched to Android a while ago, not looking back.

Several years ago I purchased two Apple TV's mainly to view my photos and videos stored on my Apple computer on my large TV screen. Towards the end of 2018 Apple changed the video format which meant I could no longer view my videos unless I converted the hundreds I had to the new format. They suggested I purchase the new Apple TV, 4K which I did, and have regretted ever since. The videos played however I could only view my photo collection in 2 or 3 second duration per slide. I spent in excess of 30 hours with Apple support trying to resolve this over many months without success. They told me about a year ago they needed their software engineers to fix the issue. It was never fixed. I now have 3 Apple TV's which are not fit for purpose or do what they advertise they will do.

Look at your rating Apple. This thing is total crap and it is not free. They lure you in by saying you get a year for free but nothing they offer is actually free, quite the opposite. Oh and did I mention it's total crap?

Just got “free” trial from Apple. Not only is offering absolute garbage they also made it so you immediately lose benefits of trial to scam you into forgetting your subscription. Way to ruin all trust I had in the Apple brand. They should just stick to making iPads instead of add on scams.

Depuis mis à jour Catalina, de nombreux problèmes sur plusieurs Mac récents en même temps. Peu de prise en compte support apple. Bug au niveau du lancement des films, formats d'écran. Souvent impossible de regarder un film téléchargé sans internet.

Was given free year subscription with my new iPhone, after 4 months there is still not much content and most is aimed at the American audience, if this wasn’t free no way would it survive. If there is not a massive increase in content before my renewal I will not pay for such a poor service, at the moment it is the worst streaming service on the market.
