39 kr a month - and you still have to rent stuff??? What is the deal

I have never been able to watch but they have charged me for several months and refuse to let me cancel. I am disabled and its evil to take my money when i cant watch and i want to cancel. Instead they lie and say i am getting free credit but what is the use when theyve stolen and are stealing my money every month gor something i cannot access..i struggle to contact them and they refuse reasonable adjustments required by the Disability Discrimination Act, so that i can get equal service to non disabled ppl.

Mehr und mehr enttäuscht mit der Leistung von Apple, nach langem warten kam endlich der Mac Pro M1. Nach 3 Tagen ist das Gerät jedoch hinüber. Hinzukommt dass ich in der Telefon Warteschlange, andauernd belogen werde, mir wird gesagt dass "der nächste freie Mitarbeiter für Sie reserviert ist". Es kann doch nicht sein dass mir die gleiche Lüge 20 Minuten lang erzählt wird. Sagt doch einfach "irgendwann kommen sie dran".

Dear Apple, Stop censoring Apps on the App Store!

For a company to insert themselves into politics so brazenly and ignorantly decide what American gets to have free speech or not, (if and how they are free to express their opinions or what they believe) is actually so horrifying I can’t and won’t give them another penny. I cancelled all my subscriptions and will never buy another product again. Having 8 laptops, 2 iMacs, 6 AirPods, 6 phones, 6 watches, 4 AppleTVs, 2 iPods... Eventually, along with millions of others who stop buying, it will matter. This assault on the freedom of every American is unforgivable and evil.

I am very disappointed with their policy on my redemption of their Apple TV 1-Year Free offer. I received the offer via email on 05/21/20 after buying an Apple ipod product. Tried to activate it today 12/11/20 but link failed. Spent 52 minutes on the phone and was transferred to 3 different support teams. Resolution from Apple support: "Sorry, you should have activated this offer within 3 months of receipt, offer is now void". Nowhere in the offer does it state that offer must be redeemed within 3 months. At least Apple could have honored the remaining months of the 1 year period (till 05/20/2020). Also, could they just state this policy upfront instead of wasting 52 minutes of my time? Shame on Apple!

Apple support 101197583649 Free Apple TV when you purchase an iphone. Feeling disappointed, contacted support because every time I tried to download and use the free 1 year apple tv, it always showed 7 days free. I tried to explain this but in the end after two long chats was told basically can’t have it because it had to be registered within 90 days.
