Apple sucks their products suck and the support sucks

I bought an iPad Pro in March 2021. It did not work correctly when I received it because I believe it have been dropped. Since March I have contacted Apple support many many times. Each time I was hung up on. On occasions I was on hold from five minutes to 45 minutes and then hung up on. They did not call me back. Now they don’t want to take the iPad Pro back because I didn’t contact them for a return in March however I had contacted them many times but got nowhere.

THis is the WORST S...t content pay service of the last decade!! Frustrating and worst of all don't have ANY customer service. Awful!

I purchased a new iPad on the proviso that 1 year of Apple TV would be provided. Love the iPad no problems there, however Apple are blatantly refusing to honour what was promised at the point of sale and are refusing to issue me with a code to download Apple TV for 1 year as promised. Countless calls, online chats etc have resulted in continued refusal to provide Apple TV. This is fraud, but they know they hold all the cards and no amount of pleading my case to these people helps. They simply don’t care that I’ve been scammed. They have reneged on their offer of free Apple TV and I have been shut down at every turn whilst trying to convince them that they owe me this. Appalled is not a strong enough word. How on earth are these corporations allowed to get away with scamming consumers like this? UPDATED: My husband signed my phone onto family sharing to look for music or files on my phone and forgot to turn it off. This is what they’re using against me, and continue to refuse my 1 year free Apple TV as offered at point of sale. Be warned about this scam, if you share any files etc with a family member they will use this against you and will renege on this offer. If you have family sharing turned on, on any devices, turn it off immediately!! Because I argued my point I was given 3 months of Apple TV which I was forced to accept, this is not what I was sold at point of sale. The man offering this was adamant he wouldn’t budge on this offer, acting like he was doing me a favour. I remain furious about this, I have been a consumer of Apple products since 2009 but that counts for absolutely nothing, these big corporations are utterly shameful!! UPDATE: The day after I posted this review a virus appeared on my iPhone, beware!
