Useless app… most stuff you still need to pay for. There’s some movies that are as old as 1999 and wee seen it multiple times on tv and other apps and this app still asking to pay. Not much to watch for free.

Ugh… How I wish Apple movies had #stevejobs chasing quality content, artist by artist, like he did with iTunes. Now we have some Apple bureaucrat chasing quota by quota… and content quality be dammed. Surely the numbers must show men have stopped watching apple TV/Movies? After the checklist of virtue has been considered, is there any real movie or tv content being made, like… just for quality? And when they shoot a film or series, do they throw a bunch of ad hoc swear words in to make it edgy? Sad, i have money to spend but not the faintest desire to spend it watching Apple/Paramount/Stan/Netflix/Prime propaganda.

Apple announces trade in bonus of $225 for trading in iPad Pro 12.9” model. Then they take it away causing the price increase on the new model. I’m a senior and $225 is a lot of money. Apple misleads customers by the old con man scheme. Apple must be hard up for money.

First and last time I do anything with this backwards company. Also false advertisment on apple tv too, 7 days free trial to only get 6 days before billed, yeah right... Even your support team can't resolve it.

Usually I have found Apple to be very helpful but this last episode exposés their selfish attitude. I have an old iPod full of my music collection and I wanted to transfer the music to my Apple MacBook Air BUT was told this not possible to transfer the music from one Apple product to another - PATHETIC

Apple TV - Ubrugeligt,Ubrugeligt, Ubrugeligt. Useless.

Awful. Two decent programmes on the thing but nearly everything else is a sociology lecture dressed up as "entertainment". Content is poor, functionality, as ever with Apple products is confused and irksome. On a free trial - I've already seen everything I'd watch. Why the hell would anyone pay for this?!

I liked the service, but they would not honor the one year free trial that popped up on my phone after my iPad Pro purchase. When selecting the free trial activation on my iPhone the progress spinner just sits there. My iPad also showed a promo of 3 months, so tried that and it activated fine. I contacted support to let them know what was up, and was informed they no longer do one year promotion even though it popped up on my phone. When I asked why it popped up as one year on my phone when I purchased my iPad Pro, I was just told they didn’t know, and I was out of luck. I did send them a picture showing the promo sitting in my Settings notifications. Also, the one year promo gets to sit on my phone since it failed to activate. I bet if I choose to decline it will go away :). I will be canceling.
