Absolutely useless app. It cannot handle pausing and restarting. Which is a major part of being a streaming service. I had a 6 months free subscription. I forgot to cancel, so ended up paying for one month. But, I'll be cancelling.

Registrieren, anmelden und Probe-Abo starten und die ersten 4 sehr langweiligen Folgen Foundation gucken, klappte noch ohne Probleme....ABER DANN! Kam ich doch auf die Idee, einen anderen Laptop zu benutzen, nun war alles auf Englisch und ging auch nicht umzustellen. Also wieder den ersten Laptop angeschmissen und nun war das Probe-Abo nicht mehr verfügbar und das war´s mit langweiligen Content bei Apple! Und für mein Smartphone gibt´s auch keine App....die ollen Amis haben wohl was gegen Chinesen! Fazit: Für Windows und Chinesen Smartphone/Android Nutzer völlig unbrauchbar und das von einem der größten Techkonzerne der Welt.

Es ist unmöglich, da rein zu kommen, wie absolut immer. Die absolute puuuuure Verars...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ich wollte mir ein Film da anschauen und leihen, was natüüüüüürlich wieder extra kostet und teuer ist, und es ging nicht. Immer wieder ein neuer Code und wenn ich meine Apple ID und mein Passwort eigab, ich musste natüüüürlich zuerst noch ein neues machen, so kam einfach immer wieder das Fenster zum eingeben und es funktioniert absolut null!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Technik plus heutzutage, das beweist schon alles, dass es die absolute pure Verars... ist und unmöglich funktionieren kann!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Angebot? Fragwürdig. Diese Serien, die durch die Bank alle hoch anspruchsvoll und somit sehr oft nicht nur langwierig sondern auch langweilig sind, sind das Geld nicht wert. Severance, Infiltration, Silo, um nur einige zu nennen..... Bestätigt nur mein Vorurteil, dass eine Serie oder ein Film mit Auszeichnung oder mit Vorschlag zu einer Auszeichnung, schwere und teils unerträgliche Kost ist. Performance? Oh Gott. Laufend Abbruch trotz 1000 MBit Leitung. Fehler der Internetverbindung. Unmöglich so etwas. Wenn es denn dann funktioniert Top Bild und Sound.

I had an issue last year, where I was given 6 codes and advised to wait till the day before my subscription runs out and enter 1 code a month. I just tried to do this but every code said it's expired. I called to find a solution and the agent told me that he would not help or give me codes that worked - codes that I had already been given. I asked for this to be escalated and he refused advising me just to ring back. I asked him to treat this as a complaint but he said he's the manager and there's no one higher. I am extremely disappointed with the support I have just received. The previous apple support agent gave me those codes as a resolution to my issue and the agent today has basically undone that by refusing to honour those codes and the previous support. I have decided to cancel my subscription. Very dishonourable and unprofessional!

I have a subscription to MLS on Apple. When I tried to watch my team on Saturday I kept getting a message saying the broadcast is not available in my country or region. When I called Apple customer service I asked for a refund, and was told it is the policy to not give refunds. Buyer beware.

Just signed up for Apple TV through a Barclaycard special offer, five months free till they had all my credit card, address etc then reduced the offer too 7 days. A total con from two trashy greedy organisations. Do not sign up for there scam con.
