Absolute rip-off! Anyone reading this and even considering subscribing to AppleTV.... please read on. It is an expensive, over rated, under serviced, out of date, poorly built modern form of extortion! As someone who just cancelled their Amazon subscription... im not paying even more money for rubbish films and slow deliveries).. I am just appalled that AppleTV is yet another poor streaming platform. I cannot believe this gets passed of as a 'service' of any kind. The interface too is shamefully outdated. So, at any time, there is probably only 30 titles to view...for free that is...and no that isn't a typo! It truly has got THE lowest number, and overall worst! choice of titles its incredulous it gets away with it! So fed up seeing Ted Lasso used as some kind of bait...its old, and its garbage! Nothing worth the £8:99 charge, then, to add insult to injury..the big film titles it advertises ...are all an additional charge! One film was £19:99, anothe £15:99... and both were out last year. I terface is clunky, difficult to tell if you are selecting correct tile, no rating function....anywhere! So apple....? where are you getting all your review stats from if your viewers cant review!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Doesnt remember where you last left off a programme, or show what you last watched when you open the app so you need to search for it....its just an utter waste of money. I got 3 months free with my new mobile, then bought 1 month but Ive used it enough now to know its not worth the money or frustration. Awful, just a pure scam! Get stuffed Apple!

Hallo alle die hier über Netflix schimpfen ja wer hat denn die meisten Filme &Serien Preis von 5€&über 12,99€ /bis 17,99€.(ImMonat.)Ja ein Film bei Apple sogenannte Bog.also sehr neu fast 25,00€ bis über 30,00€ für einen Film! Sind im Monat na ja wer es sich leisten kann soll es machen.Leute dann geht ins Kino eventuell noch Billiger.

I asked why a refund to AppleTV+ was refused given it was in error and had been cancelled within 60 seconds. Apple refuse to explain why it was refunded. When I eventually spoke to a manager, 'Anthony', he advised it was due to "fraud, manipulative behaviour or abuse" - I asked him to clarify this given it is quite a severe statement to make and does not make any sense to me. He then told me that was 'a reason' - but not 'the reason'. He said Apple never give specific reasons. Not clarifying why does not seem reasonable - but giving me a reason that doesn't apply to me specifically is absolutely no use to me at all, and quoting a reason that cites fraud is rather infuriating. I cannot understand why you would ever say this to someone when it is irrelevant to the issue they are discussing with you. I asked to raise a complaint - he told me he would raise it, but Apple would not ever respond to it. I have been an Apple customer for many years. To be spoken to as I have today is unacceptable and for there to be no recourse is incredibly frustrating.

Haha det er det sjoveste , købte det kun for at se Masters of the Air ... Men prøver så at kigge lidt omkring og tror at det e r mig der ikke kan finde deres film bibliotek men hele tiden kun ser udvalgte film... Men NEJ der er latterligt lidt film ... Så få film i hver genre - at det nærmest er morsomt hvor få der er ....

Ich habe apple TV mit dem Neukauf eines iPads für 3 Monate kostenlos bekommen, Nachdem ich jetzt nur eine halbe Stunde damit herumexperimentiert habe, werde ich es in den Einstellungen gleich wieder "herunter schmeißen". Die Filme die mich interessieren kosten Geld. Bei den Eigenproduktionen habe ich nichts Interessantes gefunden.

As someone with no Apple devices whatsoever (and yes, the world appears to still be spinning), trying to redeem an Apple Gift Card given to me to use on Apple TV proved impossible. Nothing works! I’ve never previously needed to have any dealings with Apple, either by necessity or choice, but am not a beginner when it comes to IT in the realm of Windows, Linux and Android. I have to say, from an up-to-date Windows laptop, trying to navigate Apple was one of the clunkiest, most frustrating and unrewarding experiences I can remember. Having ‘gone round the houses’ several times, following instructions exactly about setting up an Apple ID and then having to download and use iTunes to redeem it, the whole system proved unusable and useless. As a last resort, I spent almost an hour on the phone to Apple Tech Help. The guy was nice enough, but was clearly out of his depth. After he had to go off several times to ask for extra help, he eventually admitted defeat. When I questioned him, he admitted that I wasn’t the first in the exact same situation! I’ve had no issues with any other streaming service, either when subscribing or using an offer to try them out. The services such as Netflix, Prime, Disney, iPlayer etc just work (on a smart TV and phones, laptops, PCs). My son-in-law, a big Apple aficionado (we all have our issues…😂), said to me “Apple doesn’t seem to care about people joining their ecosystem unless they buy their device.” My own experience would seem to affirm this!

Do yourself a favor and give this one a miss. I assure you that if you continue, you will go around in endless circles, 3 months free actually means one episode free and customer support is not easy to get hold of. Compared to every other streaming service I have used, Apple is the worst by far.
