I've had to raise a dispute with my bank just to cancel the subscription. I spent an hour trying to cancel through my phone, laptop, TV the lot but it was just impossible. You click on cancel subscription on the TV and it asks you to sign in using the qr scanner on your phone but just takes you back to the same page once you login. Customer service is non existent.

Jag startade ett gratis 7 dagars prova på abonnemang på Apple TV+. För att starta behövde jag lägga in mitt kreditkort. Genast drogs det 28,80 ifrån mitt kort. Dagen efter drogs det 226,12 till. Vi sa upp abonnemanget och trots det drogs det 459,98 dagen efter och 3 dagar senare 344,78 till!!Blev tvungen att spärra kortet med allt vad det innebär..Kontaktade Apple och de hänvisade till Appstore och de säger att det inte är Apple som dragit dessa summor…Med valutapåslag 1073,75:- Inte helt gratis!

Poor selection nothing to watch! Had a free week start of the year and luckily cancelled before the well overpriced auto renewal! There is nothing worth watching on this streaming platform. Literally pointless. I wouldn't download it even if it was free!

If I could give it 0 I would. Just got 3 month free trial but can't login on smart tv as it keeps asking me to create a new account when I already have one 5 emails, 6 sms texts 5x 3factor verification and 40 minute further on I still can't access. RottenApple

Why its so difficult to log in on to my account for which I am paying for. Why do i have to clear cookies and look on google what to do to be able to log in to apple tv? Seriously worst experience

My son helped me take out subscription (with great difficulty) and now I'm trying to cancel it after a few months. Tried online without success and helpline guy couldn't help either. Similar problems with Disney plus. Don't these people ever act on negative reviews like those on Trustpilot?
