The films/TV shows aren’t great except 1 or 2 excellent ones. The main problem is the website/ laptop app. It takes 4/5 times of reloading and re trying before getting it to work on the app. And the website straight up does not work. Very poor from apple as I usually love their designs and products.

Een week gratis Apple TV uitgeprobeerd, want ik wilde een bepaalde serie graag kijken. Via een hele omweg het abonnement kunnen stop zetten (hoop ik, want als ik de reviews hier zo lees zouden ze zomaar nog eens wat kunnen afschrijven...) maar ik heb de hele week niet meer in Apple TV kunnen inloggen. De hele site liep vast zodra je op log in drukte. Toen ik support wilde berichten moest ik weer met een hele omweg m'n account in zien te komen, om te ontdekken dat ze m'n account geblokkeerd hadden (geen reden opgegeven) en ik moest 2 dagen wachten op het bericht dat ik m'n account weer in kon. Nog steeds geen werkende Apple TV en overigens nu ik eindelijk kan inloggen geen manier om support te vragen bij ze. Stik erin, nooit meer!

I got a new iphone so it came with a free subscription to Apple TV which I was excited about because I’m laid up in the hospital so I thought I was gonna be able to watch some good movies. Wrong every movie and most tv shows you have to buy or rent wtf! So not only does apple want you to pay for a subscription they also want you to pay for the movies the have available apple is the most greediest company ever, and I know me switching back to android want affect them in anyway I wish more people would boycott apple until the stop being so dam greedy

Probeabo abgeschlossen nur um rauszufinden dass Filme und Serien auf Windows Geräten nicht mehr als 720p darstellen!!! Die AppleTV App im Microsoft Store lässt mich nicht einmal anmelden!! VERDAMMTE ABZOCKE,SCHLIESST KEIN ABO AB!!!

I bought an iphone 15 in June 2024 which seemingly came a free trial for apple tv.I never used this nor subscribed to it but was charges for it for 6 months without receiving an invoicing. I have 2 apple icloud accounts which I was invoiced for every month. I spoke to customer services for 2 hours but to no avail. seemingly its my responsibility to check for free trials etc. I have always used apple products but from today my phones etc will be purchased from any company other than apple. I just dont know how they are allowed to get away with swindling their customers. If I could give a minus star rating I would.
