Total waste of time you have to pay for most things even though you already pay for subscription

I'm sure the TV would be great if it ever let you log in to view it.

I've signed up to apple TV twice. The first time I couldn't watch anything, and I couldn't log back into my account to cancel it for months. They kept charging me even though I couldn't watch it and couldn't cancel it. The second time, I had to try multiple times before I could cancel my subscription. I had so much trouble cancelling the subscription. At first I couldn't get into my account and when I finally got in, I had to go down so many rabbit holes, doing things like verifying my credit card etc. before they would let me do anything in my account and then they make it almost impossible to find the way to cancel it within my account. I have never had so much trouble cancelling any subscription with any company

Une grosse m...e essai 1 semaine gratos sauf que au bout de 24 h ça bloque. Steve Jobs doit être vert de voir ça si on propose une semaine d'essai on la laisse. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Et pour accéder à son compte c'est pire que l'ANTS

I wasn't able to access my old account because they required verification information from a credit card I no longer had. I made a new account with my other email and new card, they accepted my payment for a tv show. When I went to log in the next day, my account was locked. I sent an email requesting to reactivate, that request was denied without explanation. I called their customer support number, after being on hold back and forth and transferred to the supervisor, I was told there was nothing I could do to regain access, nor could they issue a refund. I was told to deal with it from my bank's side so I had to send them a transaction dispute.

Non funziona mai, i video si interrompono continuamente ed è impossibile accedere per giornate intere. Il mio wifi funzione per tutto tranne che per Apple TV che quando si blocca come sopra descritto da come errore”verificare connessione wifi” mentre è chiaramente un problema tecnico DI Apple TV e non della rete domestica. Non esiste alcuna forma di assistenza di alcun tipo. Per il prezzo che ha è a dir poco vergognoso.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel ich habe ein Apple TV Box und eigentlich soll er über 300 die Auflösung machen wenn man weiter schaut dann kommt was anderes Auch habe ich 4 verschiedene Wach die haben alle Softwareprobleme und wenn man in HH im App Store ist da wird man sehr schlecht behandelt und die Mitarbeiter geben sich immer als vorgesetzte aus auch wo ich den Ausweis, dass ich überall auf Toilette gehen kann, war das sehr menschenverachtend, wie mich die Mitarbeiter runter gemacht haben auch wo ich ihm gesagt habe, weil ich älter bin wollte ich da die Kommunikation nicht in Ordnung ist das sie mich sie sagen Alles was ich sagte ruhen Sie sich auf Apple, dass das Apple vorschreibt Ich bin so enttäuscht von Apple das ich gesagt habe das ich nur noch billige Geräte für zwei 300 € kaufen und dann wegschmeißen wenn sie kaputt sind dann habe ich kein ärgern. Schmeiß sie einfach weg. Ich bin Zeit über 15 Jahren Apple Kunde und was Zeit über ein Jahr abgeht bei Apple ist nicht mehr normal

I've only had apple TV for a few days, and on the 3rd attempt at watching it, I was logged out. When I tried to sign back in I was told my details were incorrect (they weren't) and then it locked me out when trying to reset my password. At that point there's nothing you can do until they contact you the following day, which is bloody useless really.
