They make it so that either their website doesn't work properly or that there's 10 verifications in order to even get to a place where you can cancel your subscription. And once they charge you, THEY will decide whether you can cancel or not. You can appeal twice. But ultimately they decide whether you have to keep paying them or not. Total scam. And Even more motivation that I will never buy anything from Apple ever. I guess they need my $14.06 More than I do.

I received an Apple charge of 35 PLN that I did not authorize, but Apple insists it’s a subscription, even though I never activated it. The worst part is that I cannot access my account: the system keeps asking for the card security code, then a phone number, and finally it just shows an error. I called Apple support and the only “solution” they offered was to cancel the subscription, but they refused to delete my account. They told me I had to do it myself, even though I cannot access it.

I subscribed to Apple tv+ through my Amazon Prime Video account. In July 2025 I cancelled my membership with Apple TV+ and it continued to charge my account!! I have proof of when I unsubscribed through Amazon. I have just gone to apple.com and requested a refund. If you do not refund, I will call my bank and click fraud on your charges. They will be in contact. I will NEVER subscribe to ANY of your services again, as I use android products.

Den værste streamingtjeneste jeg har prøvet, undertekster forsvinder, playeren crasher, den logger ud af sig selv i tide og utide, kan ikke huske hvor man er nået til i serier etc etc etc. Helt vildt at så stor en koncern kan præstere så dårligt et produkt.

I never signed up for apple TV and yet i noticed an amount of money coming out of my PayPal account which they will not refund- i plan to take legal action against them. Awful - i dont know how these people are able to obtain money without customers agreement. Truly terrible

You pay monthly for Apple TV and then need to pay again to watch a movie. The movies you have pay extra for are often rubbish and very old. This is a ripoff.
