My wife & I have enjoyed some great shows on Apple TV for about 9 months including Long Way Up, Slow Horses and The Essex Serpent. However having recently run out of items to watch I tried to unsubscribe! What a nonsense, especially if you are MS PC user. The software interface is a dinosaur, strait-jacket. You have to download iTunes to manage your account. Then you find the recommended Cancel Subscription button does not exist! I phoned the single helpline 0800 number. You get the Tech Support department by default who have to refer you internally to customer service. I waited 10 mins for an answer. I explained the issue and the guy appeared unaware! Due to no cancel sub link I had removed my credit card details. So far I have had 3 emails telling me I have a billing problem. I await Apple's apology and cancellation confirmation.

I like some of the shows, but one thing I dislike is that it never saves my place and finding where one was in an episode is a royal pain. That entire interface for doing that is clumsy, disorganized and confusing unlike most other service. If your are spacing out, or someone talks to you and you miss the last few minutes of an episode, you can't seem to get it to reverse, so instead have to fully exit, look the episode up, restart the episode from the beginning and fast forward, and the fast forward, and fast forward. It takes forever unless you keep your finger jammed down on the button. It reminds me of rewinding VCR's. That's maddening.

Not user friendly at all, spend hours just to perform a simple task.

Better than it was, but still not enough movies. And it`s a little hard to get used to

More movies should be added to the library

I want to give Apple TV the benefit of the doubt as I am a HUGE Apple addict. I have a 3 month fremium trial but after watching one series I cant login on my TV or laptop. So cant watch anything, nothing telling me why, no apparent reason...I was ready to sign on to paying $4.99 P/month but not so much now...

very expensive products. BUT, in fairness, everything works.
