Thought about apple TV to watch F1. Thankfully I read the trustpilot reviews, apple TV is just like peacock and paramount - an overpriced service with horrible customer service. Go read the reviews if you are thinking of subscribing. NO THANK YOU!!!

Decided to treat myself to a subscription, the first month was ok. There are a couple of good series on there, but nothing to get excited about. The day after the second direct debit was taken, I was locked out and could not sign back in. As there is no customer service, the only thing I could do was to cancel the subscription. I am not seeing it as that I have lost a tenner, but more that I haven't wasted hundreds of pounds!

Be very very careful when trusting that Apple TV customer service will do what they say. Last November, I forgot to cancel my auto subscription for a 3-month free promo. The DAY AFTER it ended, I called customer service, they assured me they were cancelling the subscription WITHOUT ANY CHARGES. Satisfied and happy, I left it at that. This morning I got a notification from Transunion that my score had dropped 80 points! I was pretty pissed so looked up why. Apparently Apple decided to put a charge on the credit bureaus for $6.20 (adding .10 every month since) that blew my perfect 790 score. I've complained, but it's really hard to get that credit back up for $6 unknown bucks. Please folks, beware. Double check everything Apple tells you, they are sleaze.
