I signed up for the free trial of AppleTV. I went through the AppleTV app AND my Apple account to try to cancel before the trial period ended, I could not find any way on either to cancel AppleTV so I was forced to pay for the first month. It was very difficult to try to cancel. I received error messages when going through the cancelation process and had to attempt the cancelation several times. I was finally able to get through the cancelation process. Now I wait to see if it has truly been canceled. I highly recommend NOT going through the free trial as you may end up paying for the first month in order to be able to cancel.

A fuir. J'ai eu une offre pour 7 jours gratuit. J'ai essayé et il n'y a absolument rien dans le catalogue. Du coup 30 min après j'ai essayé de me désabonner et impossible. J'essaie depuis hier, j'ai constamment un message d'erreur, même pour avoir de l'aide j'ai un message d'erreur. Impossible de joindre le plate-forme. Je ferai une alerte à la répression des fraudes, car c'est juste une arnaque! Vous vous abonnez et ensuite impossible de vous désabonner. Lisez les commentaires avant de faire la même erreur!

J'achète un film, j'aimerai pouvoir le voir, et allez vous faire mettre. A fuir à tout prix, site à en avoir la diarrhée, montagne de fric qu'ils ne sont pas foutu d'utiliser correctement, et je comprends pourquoi vous vous faites teabag par la sogrenue de concurrence. Merci apple, vous êtes des bons.

I am extremely disappointed with Apple TV. I have purchased several films on the platform, and yet in many cases it is impossible to watch them in their original language. For a company of Apple’s size and reputation, this is a basic feature that should absolutely be available. The original language of a film is essential for many viewers, especially when you are paying for the content. What makes this even worse is that when I contacted support and asked for a refund because the product was not as expected, the request was refused. Selling films without clearly ensuring that the original version is available, and then refusing a refund, is simply unacceptable.

Ich bin schon länger bei Amazon Prime mit dabei und da kann man auch andere Dienstleister abonnieren und ich habe mir vor ein paar Tagen das Apple TV abonniert für 10 € im Monat. Sehr ernüchterndes Fazit von meiner Seite aus.... war so lange hat mich dass ich nach der Hälfte des Filmes abgeschaltet habe und eine Serie mit Jennifer Garner war so schlecht von ihrer schauspielerischen Leistung so dass ich auch das abgeschaltet habe. Jetzt wollte ich mir Infiltration anschauen und dort ist unter anderem eine Sequenz mit japanischen Astronauten und die Sequenzen gehen wirklich teilweise Minuten lang und die sind gar nicht übersetzt worden sondern du darfst mitlesen. Also entweder lese ich ein Buch oder ich schaue mir einen Film an aber dieses permanente nicht übersetzen und mitlesen das geht überhaupt gar nicht. Zum einen strengt das übrigens sehr an wenn man eh schon nicht so gute Augen hat. Das Abo wird jetzt sofort von mir gekündigt. Das könnte Apple TV auch von vornherein dazu schreiben dass man hier einfach mitlesen muss weil dann hätte es gar nichts probiert und die 10 € im Monat ist einfach nicht wert.
