Apple TV subscription via prime video. Being sent from pillar to post to try and sort out Wondla season 2 episode 2 and the finale season 3 episode 6. Won’t load keeps crashing saying contact amazon. Amazon don’t want to sort it and Apple doesn’t recognise me. Great! £9.99 a month to just Apple tv for not being able to finish a series. It’s not us regardless of unplugging (we did) signing out and in (we did) check your internet, (we did) yardda yadda. It’s not us it’s you blah blah. Everything else plays, all other channels work. I pay a small fortune to all these different tv channels and still have to watch adverts and pay too. Is it too much to ask for series’s you want to watch to actually load every episode? Is it? Or for someone somewhere to actually fix the problem? I put the 25th but this is ongoing and still can’t watch even now.

Größter Schwachsinn, ich hatte das Abo gekündigt im letzten Jahr und endeckte eben das es dort eine Serie gibt die ich schauen möchte. Ich schloss das Abo wieder ab, bezahlte dafür um dann jede Folge für 2,99€ zu kaufen. Frechheit

Totalt ubrugelig tv app! Ville have givet minus 10 hvis muligt. App stopper midt i afspilningen hele tiden. Opdaterer ikke fra telefon til tv app. Skal hele tiden rydde cache og data for at den virker. Afinstalleret flere gange. Og nu sidste "nummer"! Kan ikke længere afspille på tv app. Alle andre streaming tjenester virker upåklageligt på mit tv. Kun haft Apple tv siden 13 april men opsagt dd. Absolut værste streaming tjeneste!!

They suck. They broadcast a mlb game on friday so every other streaming device cant get it. They make you pay fir their garbage just to watch a game. There's absolutely nothing to watch on apple tv. Simply THEY SUCK

There’s nothing on it apart from masters of the air that’s it everything else is garbage only using a free trial & I won’t be getting it for longer

It won’t take my new payment method and asks me log in 2 times for everything you try to do. Don’t bother.

Apple tv makes it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel!!! When you try to cancel they ask for a lot more information than you gave when you signed up. No phone number needed to sign up, but you need to do 2 factor auth to cancel. After you give them a ton of info it always comes back to UNKNOWN ERROR, I tried for a few days. Looking on line there are hundreds of reddit posts from people with the same issue. This time I found a number to call and after 10 minutes of telling the robo agent that I did not want them to send a "manage my account" link, I finallly got a nice human. Apple tv loses millions every year, maybe they should have better customer service. (I've been told before that I should have an iphone or ipad to use my account! Well. then don't let us join! There are so many complaints about people having trouble cancelling, Apple knows that they are running a free trial SCAM!

i was thinking bying a a subscription on apple tv, i went in there i saw one month free trial i was okay , then i read on further(do click around to find it) and the price 119$ per month thats translated using currency on just by google searching *converter currency* to 1 128,49 a MONTH in swedish krones. seriously? i moving on i find other sources to find the movies i like to watch.
