I sent the ring to them for repair (which was at a very reasonable cost) and they handled the repair with over-the-top customer service. Constant and personal communication, and first-class work. They even arranged to send the ring back to me at the hotel I was staying at on a business trip. The ring now looks better than new! Highest recommendation!
