I placed an order, but never got it. I tried contacting customer service but they got mad and sent me threats, so I had to report them to ftc

I ordered 2 phones and they sent me a fake tracking and delivery message. I had to file a dispute to get my money back and they threatened my safety.

This is fraudulent company. I will never suggest to any friends . I order 2 phones since september, the tracking number has been given, no item received untill today. Never recommend to anyone.

I have been dealing with this fraudulent company for over 3 months and now their web site disappeared, there is NO phone or email support and they NEVER ship what is paid for. Worse yet when someone DOES respond they give the customer excuses, lies etc. AND then they claim an order is canceled and refunded but that never happens either. I have filed THREE credit card disputes against them and will be filing with the Consumer Protection Agency as well

Every time I reached out, I was met with the same excuse: “The carrier didn’t pick it up today, but it will go out tomorrow.” That “tomorrow” has turned into weeks. There’s no live person to speak with, no working chat support, and no meaningful updates—just a cycle of empty promises. Yes, the prices are competitive and sometimes heavily discounted, but it feels too good to be true. I’ve never experienced such a delay with any online order—not even from overseas vendors. I get packages from China faster, and they at least provide accurate tracking and responsive customer service. I should have done more research. If you’re considering ordering, be prepared for a long wait and zero support. I won’t be shopping here again.

This company is fraudulent. They will take your money and send you something completely different. I have to switch accounts because they keep taking my review down. I ordered a iPhone 16 and received a damn car charger!! They will be receiving a law suit from me
