I have been an Apple customer for over a decade, but after my experience with their security and support teams over the past two months, I will never trust their ecosystem again. My long-standing Apple account was hacked, and the attacker managed to change the two-factor authentication (2FA) phone number. Strangely, Apple’s system left my original phone number attached to the basic profile data, but swapped out the 2FA route. Because of this absurd system flaw, Apple’s recovery protocols completely failed. Despite my 14-year-old son and I spending hours on the phone with Apple Tech Support, their ultimate answer was a complete throw-in-of-the-towel: they couldn't recover the old account, couldn't detach my personal phone number from the compromised profile, and couldn't fix the loop. The consequences of Apple’s security failure fall entirely on my wallet and my work: Forced to Pay Double: Because my personal phone number is forever trapped in their broken recovery loop, my new account cannot pass 2FA verification with my primary number (and Apple rejects VoIP services like Google Voice). As a direct result, Apple Support told us we can no longer use an Apple Family Plan. To keep music for my family, I am now forced to pay nearly $40/month for three separate individual subscriptions instead of a single family account. Loss of Professional Access: As an independent artist, losing this account permanently revoked my access to my Apple for Artists profile for my project (The Death of Zenith). Autant le matériel et équipement sont très bon. Autant l'interface est très en retrait sur Apple Music comme Apple TV déçu diffusion que des séries à 90%, pas mal de situation sont ennuyeuses. Recherche de music, ou de film interface pitoyable , pas d'affichages comme Spotify etc... Je suis perdu avec eux. Y à un manque réel de mise a niveau j'en demande plus. Trop faible ce qui propose pour un tarif qui ne rejoint pas la qualité de Apple.
