Absolutely worst (or best, depending on who you are) customer service that I have known, EVER! The support agent answered very quickly, and that is the good part. But when i told him that the Westbound charger on the Enfield Services area did not work, as the Eastbound one did not work a couple of days ago, as almost every other one doesn't work in the entire country, or maybe sporadically his answer was "Yes it doesn't work". I said "Can you do anything?". Answer "No". Question "Why not?". Answer "Because it doesn't work like the other one on the other side, the Eastbound carriageway. Question "Why not?". Answer "Because it doesn't work". I gave up! Wonderfully funny though and I will tell every single EV driver that I meet about this perfectly honest gentlemen who works for a company that clearly doesnt want to make any money 😉 I dove down the road to where there are 4 high power ESB chargers that do work!
