I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their Amazon seller accounts. I set up a meeting for today which was supposed to be for literally a few minutes because of my situation, and Amanda B. gave her time to me way longer then she needed too. I want and need to tell you how knowledgeable, amazing, honest, trustworthy, and kind she is, seriously. This was the first and only company I approached with my issue due to the fact of the extensive information I read on their website. I am so grateful and appreciative of finding such an HONEST person. She took the time in explaining everything to me in the nicest way. She is a very good soul, really amazing to find such authenticity in searching for help when you don't know who to trust. I immediately knew I was able to trust this company the moment she and I spoke. None of us want to be misled by companies who make empty promises and take your money, which unfortunately I have experienced in other platforms of ecommerce with so called "experts", so if you need help please please please take my advice and use appeal Wizards, and ask for Amanda B to help you. Amanda has been one of the best things that happened to our Amazon business for a long time. She took over our restricted ASIN case and within a course of week, she managed to reinstate our listing back. Since the beginning of our case, her communication with us was outstanding. I’m very grateful to the Appeal Wizards team for their help with my account suspension. Dealing with Amazon is a straight up Kafkaesque bureaucratic nightmare. You’ll give them a well thought out plan of action and all the documentation they asked for, only get a nonsensical reply back. On my own, I honestly would have just given up during this process. But my case manager Amanda was patient and did everything she could to keep things moving forward with my appeal. Eventually, her hard work paid off, and my account was reinstated. I’d recommend Amanda and all of the Appeal Wizards team to anyone facing a difficult Amazon issue. As I’ve learned, it’s definitely worth having an expert that can guide you through the process.
