Is 10 stars an option? It should be. Amazon deactivated one of our accounts which then deactivated three others so we were beyond frustrated - especially after submitting documents and Amazon telling us they may or may not respond again! Appeal Wizard brought the expertise and experience to walk us through the process and get all of our accounts activated again! Without them we would have had to close our small business.
